Jane Waldo, CNA, was recognized as employee of the month for July at Regency Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Jefferson. She is pictured with administrator Randy Downey and director of nursing Beverly Mentzer.
Waldo has been with Regency Park for 33 years and is a valuable asset to the facility, administrator Randy Downey said. She can be found most days working in the Sunrise Center, a memory care unit specializing in dementia care.
Waldo has three children; a daughter in Colorado, a daughter in Scranton, and a son in Jefferson. Waldo and her partner Don Ihnken live in Jefferson. They are very active with the VFW. They also have 10 grandchildren, so their families keep them busy.
“Regency Park is proud to have Jane Waldo a part of our staff. Congratulations and thank you for all that you do,” Downey said.
She received a gift certificate and lunch with the bosses at Angie’s Tea Garden.
